Cranberry Blueberry Smoothie: Handful of fresh cranberries, unsweetened soymilk, ripe fresh banana, non-fat kefir, frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries

    • Hi Julie–that’s really it! If you need some additional suggestions for proportions I would suggest this basic formula: 1/2 cup liquid + 1/2 cup frozen fruit + 1 small banana or half of a large banana. With the Kefir, I would suggest adding 2 tbsp. To make the smoothie thicker, increase the frozen fruit amount and decrease the liquid. For a more straw-drinkable version add more liquid and less frozen fruit. Hope this helps! :) -Andi
