Scallops in Pesto Butter

Boxed frozen (from Trader Joe’s) to fully cooked in 10 minutes.

Scallops are an excellent source of riboflavin, phosphorus, and selenium. They are also high in fat and sodium (especially when served with butter). Enjoy in small quantities. The serving size for this dish was 3 pieces but it was tempting to eat several more.
